Hi, I’m Karen, and I believe that no human is worth more than another. I think I’ve always felt this way, but there are so many things in this world that get in the way of practicing this belief or even knowing that it exists. I also wonder if I am not alone on this journey – that maybe this is a core truth that we all have at birth. Do we just get confused and distracted as we move through the complexities of human existence?

Returning to this belief has enabled me to make great changes in my life that better align with who I am at my core. It has given me a sweet and powerful freedom that I’ve never known before.
